Mr. Graham Chan, Partner

Graham
has been in the public accounting profession for over 30 years. He spent
his early days with two of the now big four international accounting
firms and followed by spending a period of time in the banking industry.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in both the public practice and
the commercial field. He is the founder and plays a key role in the
management of the firm.
Graham
has wide range of experiences which include but not limited to audit,
taxation, business advisory, corporate finance, public flotation, mergers
and acquisitions, fraud investigation and litigation support. He has
acted as liquidators of a number of companies in compulsory and voluntary
liquidations and has assisted a number of companies to successfully
listed on the main board and the GEM board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Graham
acts as honorary auditor and as honorary treasurer for many charitable,
professional and social service organizations. He takes active part in
professional activities. He has served in a number of committees of the
Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants which include the
Small and Medium Practitioners Committee, Disciplinary Committee,
Insolvency Interest Group, Continuing Professional Development Committee,
Practical Experience Framework Committee, Corporate Communication
Committee and Practice Review Committee. He also takes part in community and charitable services. He is
a past president of the Lions Club of Silverstrand and the honorary
treasurer of SLOBA Foundation Limited.
In
addition, Graham continuously supports the universities in Hong Kong to
foster the human capital of the accounting profession. He sponsored the
School of Business Development Fund of Hong Kong Baptist University and
was appointed member of the accreditation panel for Master of Science in
Corporate Governance and Directorship. He also participates in various
committees of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the
co-chairperson of the Management Committee of the CU Accounting Link, a
member of the Advisory Board on Accounting Studies and appointed as
Adjunct Associate Professor of the School of Accountancy.
Graham also takes part in Central and Mid-level Area Committee, Central and Western District Fire Safety Committee and Market Misconduct Tribunal of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR.

Miss Zoe Chan, Partner
FCA, FCCA, ATIHK, CPA (Practising)
Zoe
has spent more than fifteen years in the accounting industry. She has
solid experience in company secretarial practice, business advisory,
management consultancy, corporate insolvency, tax investigation,
taxation, auditing and accounting etc.
In
addition to routine engagements, Zoe has put more emphasis on ad hoc
assignments which include back duty investigation, corporate and
management consultants, business valuation and estate duty investigation.
Zoe is currently supervising and monitoring the progress of a number of
court appointed liquidations.
She
advises local and international clients on company formation in Hong Kong
and other jurisdictions. She also helps clients to achieve good corporate governance and to comply with the
regulations imposed by the Companies Ordinance; provides clients with
excellent corporate services; assists clients in arranging bank and
credit facilities.

Miss Ellie Lai, Partner

Ellie
joined our firm in 1993. She became the senior manager of Assurance and
Business Advisory Services Division in 2007 and Principal in 2008. Ellie
has over ten years of practical experiences in auditing, accounting and
taxation etc.
She
is responsible for managing a wide portfolio of clients including
manufacturing companies, traders, securities dealers, professionals,
retailers and property investors. She also participates in due diligence
review and IPO works undertaken by the firm. Her other duties in the firm
include staff appraisal and the development of training programmes for
our colleagues.

Miss Iris Yuen, Principal

Iris
joined our firm in 1994 and became the manager of Assurance and Business
Advisory Services Division in 2002. Iris has over ten years of solid
experience in the auditing and taxation field and has been serving a wide
range of clients including general insurance company, manufacturing
companies, trading companies and listed companies in Hong Kong. Besides,
she also has extensive experience in handling IPO projects in Hong Kong.

Mr. Mathew Lui, Manager

Mathew graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with the Honors Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mathew joins our firm in 2006. He becomes the manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services Division in 2012. Mathew has solid experience in the auditing and taxation field and has been serving a wide range of clients including general insurance companies, manufacturing companies, service providers, trading companies and listed companies in Hong Kong.
